If I were to sum myself up in three words, it would be;
Ambitious, Anxious & Authentically Imperfect!
(Okay, technically speaking that's four...but we'll allow it!)

Hey I’m Cassie Evans,
And if there's on thing I’ve learned, it's that life feels fullest when it’s simple, honest, and intentional.
I’m not interested in the superficial or the “just because it looks good” moments. (I’ve very much been there, done that!)
I care about honesty, transparency, and simplicity because life’s little luxuries don’t have to be flashy, they just need to be meaningful.

Trial, error, and all things in between.
Because what's growth without a few questionable decisions?
I’m fascinated by progression, by growth, and by figuring out how to improve without losing myself. A big part of that journey has been
learning to navigate my anxiety, build resilience, and live life with a whole lot more self-belief.
A lot of this has come from experimentation, especially within my career.
•From manning the tills at Coop.
• Cold-calling my way through telesales appointments.
•And even selling cars, which tested both my patience and my powers of persuasion.
It’s been a series of questionable decisions but it brought me to the work I do today, which honestly feels like home.
Helping businesses connect strategy, with execution, and manage their numbers to support their growth.

Outside of work, life is very polarised.
I've
officially entered my
"free-range adult"
era
since moving in with my other half.
Some days, you’ll find me lost in a gritty crime book (I’m currently devouring the Frieda McFadden collection) or bingeing the latest thriller series.
Other days, I’m channelling my inner grandma…doing a spot of embroidery, baking a ridiculously cheesy quiche, and trying to resist the puppy-dog eyes of Bear (my boxer dog) for the last crumbs.
Somehow, it all balances out.
